From design to construction to delivery in your home, the Flint wood design process brings over 20 years of professional woodworking to each project. Here’s what to expect:
- Step 1: During your first phone call to us, we’ll discuss a few of the key points of your project. This includes what kind of furniture you’re looking for as well as any special considerations we will need to be aware of.
- Step 2: We want to make absolutely sure you’re satisfied with your new furniture. That’s why we’ve created our design process to include you in it! During our second step, we’ll meet in your home so that we can get a good idea of the space we have available as well as your preferred aesthetic. Together, we will brainstorm ideas for your new furniture.
- Step 3: Once we’ve settled on a few concepts you like, our designers will get to work creating your piece. We use a virtual, 3-D design program to showcase what your furniture will look like before work even begins on the real thing. During our third and final meeting, you’ll get to see those designs and make sure everything is how you want it to be. We will also be able to offer you a final cost estimate at this time.
- Step 4: This is where our talented furniture makers bring your custom piece to life!
